At Shri Holdings LLC, we strive to provide professional and high-quality consulting services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations or refunds may apply.

1. Consulting Services

All consulting service fees are non-refundable once services have been delivered.
If you cancel a scheduled service more than 48 hours in advance, we may offer to reschedule at no additional charge.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to forfeiture of fees or incur a rescheduling charge.

2. Products, Resources, and Digital Materials

Any digital resources (guides, reports, templates, etc.) purchased or provided are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

3. Service Deposits & Retainers

Deposits and retainers paid to secure consulting services are non-refundable but may be credited toward a rescheduled service if canceled with sufficient notice.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand emergencies may occur. In special cases, management may review requests for refunds or partial credits at its sole discretion.

5. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

All requests must be made in writing to info@shriholdings.com. Please include your name, service details, and reason for the request.

6. Updates to This Policy
